The longer story

From one classroom block to a full higher secondary school.

Little Flower opened in 1972 on Khajrana Main Road with a handful of classrooms, a nursery section and a few dozen children from the surrounding neighbourhoods of Pushpa Nagar.

Classes were added a year at a time. The first Class X batch sat the CBSE examination in the 1980s, and the higher secondary section followed, with Science and Commerce streams in Classes XI and XII.

New blocks for laboratories, the library and the auditorium came through the 1990s and 2000s. In 2022 the school marked its golden jubilee with a year of events for students, staff and alumni.
